Spectral Hit is a magical attribute that some Unique Monsters can possess. The most famous Super Unique Monster with this attribute is the Zombie, Corpsefire, who is found and must be killed in the Den of Evil quest.

Though not listed as having Spectral Hit, the Doom Knights possess this trait.

Resistance bonuses are added in order of Cold, Fire, Lightning, if base resistance is lower than 75%, if it's 75% or more then monster doesn't get any increase.

In Nightmare and Hell, the monster's minions gain a 33% to 50% random elemental damage.
